Start by scheduling a free intro or performance evaluation through our website or by messaging us directly. This lets us assess movement, speed, and power so we know exactly where the athlete is starting.
Get baseline data and a clear game plan
During the first visit, we collect objective metrics (speed, power, strength, and movement quality). Athletes and parents leave knowing what needs to improve, why it matters, and how we’ll attack it.
Choose the right training option and start training
Based on the evaluation and goals, we recommend the best training schedule or package and get the athlete plugged into consistent sessions immediately.
